Tisinite came to Asian Hope almost seven years ago as a teaching assistant.  Although Tisinite’s father died when she was only one, she was raised by a caring mother who taught her how to work hard and love those around her.  Even though they never had money, she always had the desire to help others.  When she was given the opportunity to work at Kindercare, Tisinite was eager to take the challenge.  After a year at Kindercare, she transitioned to Logos.  For four years, she assisted in Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Kindergarten and Grade 1 classes.  Although Tisinite enjoyed her work at Logos, it was not her intention to stay with our organization.  She always had it in her heart to be trained at Logos as a teacher so she could take the skills and knowledge that she acquired and apply them at a smaller, less equipped Khmer Christian school. 

When New Life Fellowship opened their doors, Tisinite decided it was time to step out in faith and go work as the Kindergarten Teacher at NLF.  Although her exuberance, enthusiasm and energy are greatly missed each day, Logos is extremely excited for her.  She will be a great blessing to others!  By going out to serve this new school, she is fulfilling the mandate that Logos has of equipping local Khmer people to become teachers in local Khmer schools and reach Cambodia for Christ through the means of education.
